What we do

At CBS Partners we have deep roots in the EMEA finance community, with two decades of experience recruiting a variety of country, regional and divisional Finance Directors, together with other finance leader appointments such as Heads of FP&A, M&A, Accounting etc, using local or cross-border recruitment strategies.

Local country search
We map, approach and locally interview senior finance leaders at a country-level in order to identify and recruit the best local talent available on the market. This pool is augmented with a search of local nationals currently expatriated.

Cross border search
We conduct regional or global searches to identify, approach and attract of the most highly regarded candidates available anywhere. This method is typically used for positions with a multi-country or global responsibility.
